So I've been having this problem for some time. Apparently, Nexon locked all the accounts earlier this year and are requiring people to reconfirm their e-mail. But for people (such as myself), who don't have access to that e-mail, you have to fill out a form. Problem is, I have never heard back from them.

So, does anyone having any tips on how to successfully get Nexon to look at my application?

Nexon is slow, sometimes it takes them 3 months to respond to a ticket.
Is it possible to resend the form? or you can try to get the email back

Possibly, perhaps, spam them with forms? I submitted the form back in May and then resubmitted it one month later. Still nothing.

Nexon has really bad customer service. And just wondering what world were you in and what was your ign?

Terrible memory I r.

But my mains were as follows: Bera was Yenpoz, Broa was AvanMin, Bellocan was Yunikas, Demethos was zopney (highest level) and Soolaby.

I'm pretty sure I have more characters spread throughout my count (in fact, I guarantee it), but I can't remember them all. I've been playing Maple since v0.5 (not religiously, of course).
