Back story: You wont know but im a massively heavy sleeper and I sleep for ages each night as standard in the holidays usually getting up late like 3pm/4pm. However last night I only slept like 4 hours cause I had to get up early, meaning tonight I was nakerd so I went to bed at like half 10. I woke up at 1 and now im not tired, WHAT IS OCCURRING.

Im scared.

well, i normally get to bed at about 2am, but then again ive done it for ages now i'm used to it, so i can get up at about 9am. Seriously though, screw it, fuckin sleep and get up when your body says WAKE THE FUCK UP YOU!

Its harder when you dont have a routine and you just dont want to.
I go to bed at like 4 or 5ish and wake up at different times everyday so everybody is different.

aye same, mine occassionally gets normalish when I do shit earlier but no matter what it always seems to find its way back to the old patter.
